Why this programs

RCSA also enables managers and work teams directly involved in business units, functions or processes to participate in assessing risk management and control of collaborative processes between work teams in each unit. RCSA will be very useful in clarifying business goals, identifying and facing risks to achieve those objectives, and knowing important business activities.

Risk Based Business Process Mapping and Improvement

Integrating Risk Management into Business Process

Jakarta : 26 - 27 March
Jakarta : 26 - 27 September
Why this programs

Any organization, profit taking or non-profit taking, limited corporations or public services, will have to face the constant changes in their business environment. Some of these changes create uncertainties which may turn into risks, problems, losses or even crises, if they are not addressed effectively in time.

Operational failure lies in business processes and activities. A single operational failure can potentially compromise the overall operation and even cause great harm to any business. The modern approach to risk is that risks need to be managed in an integrative and comprehensive manner by each work unit and personally led by corporate management and top management (enterprise risk management).

This workshop is designed to help prevent, mitigate, improve business processes based on a better understanding of risks in the Company and to equip participants with a technical and conceptual understanding of the application of more effective risk management in the company. The departmental and bottom-up approaches that have been applied are inadequate. The result is silo, not integrated from top to bottom and not aligned between work units. The risk conscious culture does not grow, the commitment and trust of top management on the results of the low-risk management process, and the utilization in decision-making is also very low even nil.
